You see he’s well aware that an “acquittal” for the murder defendant isn’t even in the realm of possibility. Mistrial? Maybe. But let’s not kid ourselves. Acquittal? Not a chance in hell.

So yeah, he’s super—and I’ll borrow his word here—triggered. His Hail Mary argument about First Amendment rights flopped, hard. No one’s tossing his case. Which leaves him right where he doesn’t want to be: staring down a courtroom with Natalie on the stand under immunity, singing like a damn canary… and him with two choices—go down in an orange jumper, or grab the mic and start singing. The RAT will sing.

Seeing as he already backed down and pled the Fifth like a coward, we know exactly where this is heading. He didn’t just plead to avoid incriminating himself—that was obvious—but to protect his shot at a plea deal. If he talked on the stand he loses any ability to negotiate to get his shit dropped. Also he was holding out, waiting to see if the witness intimidation charges would get dropped under that first amendment hail mary. So now because a murder defendant is the real issue the deal’s still sitting there… and now he’s seriously considering it. No other witness has even needed to think about pleading the Fifth—especially not the very people he and the murder defendant falsely accused. They took the stand, answered every question, and didn’t need immunity or a lawyer whispering in their ear.

His boy plead to have his charges dismissed and bombed. So it is safe to assume the songbook’s written.
Yesterday’s post from him basically confirmed it—his introspective little meltdown where he realized that if the murder defendant somehow “gets away with it,” he’s the one holding the bag.

Well. Duh. Yeah. That’s exactly what’s going to happen. She’s not walking, but if by some legal black hole she did, guess who’s up next? You’re already halfway there in the minds of a jury pool that’s been paying far more attention than you ever imagined. You are partially to blame, and you are entirely responsible for your own behavior.

So thanks for chiming in on my post. I don’t know who Jill is—but I do know who you are. And I’m looking forward to the justice that’s headed your way. Your best shot at anything resembling a future—where you even might see your kids outside of a prison yard—is to take the deal, flip, and sing your heart out. Grammy-worthy. The murder defendant gave up on you already. Might as well return the favor.

Then? Change your name. Move. Vanish. That’s your best-case scenario.
