I am utterly upset with Indigo Airlines & Cleartrip. On 19/07 my flight was canceled and with no other flights, I had to book another at double price. Since then, Indigo's customer service has been a joke. Cleartrip is equally unresponsive.

Had a frustrating experience with @Swiggy! Ordered with a BOGO offer, but only received one item. Customer support was dismissive, denied the offer existed, then claimed it didn’t apply to my order even after seeing proof. Rude behavior on top—really disappointed. @SwiggyCares
@SwiggyCares Yes, that's where I'm saying it's surely and UI issue. Even after selecting two items, it did not get applied. And the same thing happened to me today. I just don't want to speak about it anymore. I'm happily uninstalling swiggy. Being a swiggy one customer this is FRUSTRATING
@SwiggyCares That is my concern only na. I've the screenshot and I am also saying this that before paying I did see the BOGO offer. Now the swiggy care is saying the coupon did not get applied. WOW
@SwiggyCares I guess the screenshot clearly proves that I have added 2 items? And the BOGO coupon is also showing that it's applied. But I received one item instead. Do you really think your customers are all dumb and stupid? @SwiggyCares@Swiggy
It's outrageous how you respond with empty apologies but take zero action to resolve issues. Stop your businesses if you can’t do better. Indigo and third-party platforms are just experts in ripping people off.

Indigo, you cancelled the flight. For that who's being harassed? Common people :)
