@IrishRail you were aware of the faulted train on the tracks but for the sake of money you let a train behind it run. You then claimed you had no awareness of the faulted train before the departure of the 3pm Connolly to Sligo. However, tweets say otherwiz https://t.co/Pgy3p2UXto
@IrishRail I was just told we're going into Enfield. Dropping people off, leaving Enfield then going through it again to bus a train. I paid to go HOME. I am a mentally disabled passenger give me a direct route to complain I don't want to take my frustration out on you do not send me a link
@IrishRail Your email address is hidden behind a GDPR request it seems like. You also lied to me you were aware of the fault before my train took off. https://t.co/Pgy3p2UXto
@IrishRail. Can you enlighten me as to why a 3pm train was let run when another train was faulted on the tracks? Having to sit in a cramped train as a disabled person is painful, and especially when it's for longer than anticipated. Not to mention the drunken man sat by me.
@IrishRail I would like access to an email address I can write a full complaint to if possible. I have a drunken man cracking cans sat across me right now who is making me uncomfortable I would like this sorted considering there is nobody on the train itself who is able to be helpful
I cannot reach your email address, I would like access to this to write a formal complaint. I'm not sure if having your email hiding being a GDPR request is very accessible of you either
