@2xjckyy1 Regarding that video: Bad faith? No. It's disappointing to see a musician be exploitative toward a parallel industry and then act coy about it. Her team ('creatives') wanted to OBVIOUSLY cut corners and the consequence of that is getting called out. Nothing more, nothing less.

@KuronoKei_V2 It's just how voice artists perform now. They aren't used to actual exaggeration, it's just breathy anime voices because that's what everyone expects. Also being able to playback and edit someone's performance realtime means they suck out any character. Flattens everything.

strangely though they used an english cover of the original japanese opening sung by sakura's voice actress in the dub only in australia which makes you wonder why they even made an entirely new opening for everywhere else in the first place
