Your dad is angry at you because you've possibly behaved in some manners that made him question your decency.
Your mom said you didn't even ask that they save up for tuition, which means they're both struggling.
I critically look at your eyes and body language, you appear like iPhone 8 is more important than getting into school.

Let me tell you a story,
I wanted to become a medical doctor, and I was so hard-working as a little girl to achieve this, I was completely neglected by my parents, and none of them cared about what I wanted to become. I dropped out of school twice because i couldn't pay my tuition.
If I have a father who will choose my tuition over iPhone 8, I will be dancing. He gave me ponmo on my first admission to lautech, he saw that I have money in my account, he wanted to take it all from me even though I explained I'm saving for school, he began to curse me.
If I have a mother who will encourage me to do better so they can pay my tuition, I'll be a proud Dr. Today.
There's time for everything.
Life had happened to me that I could sponsor other kids to school, but I couldn't bring myself mentally to that place to go back to fulfill that dream.
It's no longer about money again, but that passion.
The phones in those days aren't in use anymore. Ask those who sleep with dogs over Blackberry if anyone cares about Blackberry now?
My darling, I hear love from your mothers voice.
Get away from the internet and embrace your mother.
Most parents don't communicate in love, but that doesn't mean they don't love you.
I know the difference between these things.

I will silently whisper this here: your dad's tune sounds like one of those men who sleeps with young girls; so seeing you behaving in some manner is annoying him. To him, he doesn't want his daughter to become wild, but he's doubting you're exposed already.

Please, with love in my heart to your pretty face, look within you and make a better choice now.
You'll thank me later.
