I didn't die in the bush for 42 days, miracle.
I didn't fall sick, miracle.
A fighter jet flew overhead and shot, yet I wasn't killed, miracle.
Despite the hunger, the cold, the mosquitoes, and the black ants, I survived, miracle.
For 42 days, I was given dirty water and poorly cooked food. I didn't suffer stomach pain or headaches, only unbearable physical pain, miracle.
I was beaten mercilessly, almost to death, but I survived, miracle.
There was a day they decided they wanted to kill me. They shot at me twice, yet my life was spared, miracle.
Throughout those 42 days in the forest, I barely slept for hours at a time, yet I survived, miracle.
After I escaped, I trekked through the forest for 3 days without food, surviving only on river water, miracle.
My brother, by all human reasoning, I should have d!ed. But God showed me mercy and gave me another chance to live.
My life is living proof that miracles still happen. All glory belongs to God. 🙏🏽❤️

When someone dies, the most painful tears aren't the ones you cry immediately after.
They're the ones you cry when you begin to grieve their absence in random moments, their smells, their laughs, their voice, and the inability to create new memories with them.
