I genuinely cannot be in community with people who struggle to apologise when they hurt someone intentionally or not. I just think it’s pathetic. Regardless of if it’s pride or shame, having to force an apology or empathy out of a grown adult is a major red flag.
If I treated you the way you treated me, you probably would’ve hated me. And honestly, that’s the part that hurts the most. You had no problem giving me the kind of treatment you would never have accepted from me. You expected understanding, patience and grace while giving me the exact opposite. Some people don’t realise how much they’re hurting you until they’re the ones feeling it. And maybe that’s when you finally understand, you weren’t asking for too much. You were asking for the same consideration you were willing to give. Sometimes the way someone reacts to receiving their own treatment tells you everything you need to know about them.

The smartest move you'll ever make is walking away from the chaos you should never have entertained in the first place. Not every battle is yours. Not every mess is worth cleaning up. Protect your peace, and let fools play their own games.
And yes, I do believe the friendships you form in your early years are often rooted in proximity, while the ones you form in adulthood are rooted in alignment.
Officially in my quiet era. I don’t have much to say about everything anymore. I’ve stopped trying to explain myself, convince people or react to every little thing happening around me. Life has taught me that not every thought needs to be spoken, not every misunderstanding needs to be corrected, and not every situation deserves my energy. Sometimes peace is simply deciding not to engage. It is what it is. I’ve said enough, felt enough and learned enough. Now I’m choosing peace and letting life go on.
Nobody likes you when you’re depressed. They love mental health awareness until your mental health becomes inconvenient. Then you’re too negative, too needy, too much. People don’t want your pain—they want the version of you that’s easy to love.
Cutting people off for how they view you is actually incredibly valid. I have no dealings with people who view everything I say or do through a negative lens. That’s a huge waste of time.
Tres meses después reunió a su familia.
Y les dijo:
“Pamela y yo nunca terminamos.”
Su hermano se enfadó.
Su madre no entendía nada.
Y yo tampoco estaba precisamente feliz.
No respondió.
Seguimos juntos.
If u don’t protect your spouses name u are not a good partner. Telling all of your spouses business/secrets, only the bad parts about your relationships & then allowing people to mistreat them based off of the nasty perception YOU’VE given them (especially if u aren’t innocent
I don’t think people realize you can push someone to the point where they genuinely don’t want anything to do with you anymore. Friendship, relationship, family etc it doesn’t matter. There’s only so much one person can take before they just stop trying.
The Attorney General of New York, Letitia James, was just assigned to the Cornell rape case.
For those who are unfamiliar with her work:
she is gonna send those motherfuckers to PRISON, babes. Expeditiously.
