My friend @_markknight wrote a must-have book for anyone who is connected to the church. Check out my quick endorsement and the link below to get your copy today: https://t.co/R75JVA6TQs
@MarinerMuse@TheSODOMOJOPod I once got a journalism emphasis in CC and even spent a very brief spell (one season) writing about the huskies for the 710 ESPN website. And let me tell you, news like this sells. People fly to this stuff. Negative news or gossipy news is $. Especially if it’s ill-timed. Haha
@AJWTheology This is a good distinction and I think you’re right. Mostly they share the point that she was leader in the early Christian church with responsibilities to the Roman church including the delivering and reading of the letter. I’d have to actually check location for them
Here’s where I’m at with The Mariners…
We were hoping that by some fluke the mariners would have a good year.
In spite of:
▫️An ownership that doesn’t want it
▫️Management that doesn’t get it
▫️Coaches that won’t adapt
@TheSODOMOJOPod Not to keep belaboring . But if your pitching philosophy is get an 0-2 count as quick as possible for it leads to more strikeouts and weak contact. But your hitting philosophy is work a full count so you can run up a pitch count… surely there’s someone who goes, wait…
@erichoke As a former child… who happened to be a handful, seeing such a thing from one of my parents would only make me laugh now as an adult with my own kids.
What should shock and grieve heaven's exiles in Babylon isn’t that one of Babylon’s political candidates was convicted by a Babylonian court, or that said candidate might still be President of Babylon, but that so many citizens of heaven are so wrapped up in Babylon's drama that they divide from fellow citizens of heaven.
@erichoke Elders for sure. You literally can’t have a healthy church without healthy leadership. And then I guess a good associate cause I have one now and it’s great.
