Honestly, screw @united . They canceled our flight yesterday after making us wait 3 hours in the plane just to tell us the plane is broken and there’s no replacement. Made us wait 13 hours in the airport trying to rebook a flight. Come to find out there’s no flights to rebook..

Worst experience I’ve ever had with an airline. I refuse to travel with them or let anyone I know travel with them from now on.
So now, I am stuck paying thousands more for about 40 hour trip to Lebanon. This is ridiculous.

After all that exhaustion of trying to make it to Lebanon, they were not accommodating AT ALL. They didn’t switch us to another airline. didn’t refund us anything. They didn’t give us credit to book another flight. I am missing all reservations made in Lebanon & they don’t care.
