A politician thinks about the next election.

A LEADER thinks about the next GENERATION.

[Josh @Josh001J]

We must agree that Dr. Oburu Odinga is the brain behind ODM! That champ is actually very wise😂🙌 The youth leader recognized that the future of Luo Nation is not with the elderly but the young and energetic. The total ofan went on meeting with Babu Owino and streamlined things!

[Martin @_MartinKE]

@calvinokello4 You lie big, Babu forms his own party after 2027 election and ODM withers to Jubilee like party

[Martin @_MartinKE]

@Deno_w What kingpin is that they voted against some years ago, if he really was Raila could be president today.

[Martin @_MartinKE]

@citizentvkenya No! Corruption it is.

[Sophie Mokoena @Sophie_Mokoena]

A leader is as good as those around him. That is why it is important to appoint or select the best people.

HYPERTENSION is a problem of low sodium and high calcium.

It is a problem of sugar, more than it is a problem of salt.

SALT has never caused hypertension, as commonly peddled by the system.

SALT is as old as man.

Factually, it is mentioned 47 times in the Bible.

Animals eat a lot of salt but never suffer from hypertension. Human beings eat a lot of sugar and less salt.

Brainwashed agents of the pharmaceutical industry will tell you bulshit like

"Too much salt is dangerous."

"Eat salt in moderation."

Ask them how much is "too much"?

Or how moderate is "moderation"?

Truthfully, the body is not stupid.

If you eat "too much" salt, the body will get thirsty and ask you to drink water.

This water will then be flushed out to balance the osmolar gradient in your body.

But the problem arises when your kidneys struggle to filter the salt.

The kidneys will struggle because the nephrons are struggling with insulin resistance.

Here is the thing: The kidneys have plenty of insulin receptors. If these receptors fail to modulate insulin, the entire apparatus will fail to filter electrolytes, not just salt, but other electrolytes like urea, creatine, etc.

Therefore the problem is always sugar, not salt.

If you eat less salt, calcium will continue sitting in your cells. This will, therefore, lead to calcification of arteries and then hypertension. This is why if you suffer from hypertension, you will be given calcium channel blockers like Nifedipine and Amlodipine, which block calcium.

This is why, if you suffer a heart attack (angina), you are prescribed a calcium channel blocker to relax the heart.

But, as they block calcium, you are again misled by being given calcium supplements and told to eat less salt.

This worsens the problem.

You will always be on drugs because the hypertension continues to chronically escalate.

The brainwashed, functionally illiterate sales agents of the pharmaceutical industry want you to believe that the body is so stupid and fragile that it cannot handle itself unless given drugs.

Refuse this slavery!

@bungomaduke For one to support this gvt must suspend their brain or have no brains at all, take time listen to yourself and stop those nonsense.

[Martin @_MartinKE]

@C_NyaKundiH Something is wrong with the presidency this time, everyone around it is just yapping anyhowly
