@VFSGlobal still has not gotten back to me after 4 days. My documents cannot be uploaded and this risks me not getting a visa. Charged me $75 for document scanning assistance and yet told me they didn’t do that at the visa center. Want a refund & answers!

@priceline hung up on me after 15 minutes of talking to a CSR and being on hold. Need to cancel a flight and make a new one but your website does not show my trip. Sending the link to my email and phone both don’t work. Text and chat with bots tell me I need to call. Not possible
