Ruto decided to bring the LRAD device to blow our eardrums
Ju hatujiskii nayeye.
It is illegal to use such on citizens but the state is being militarized in front of our eyes
Police in different stations in Nairobi are refusing to record an OB for the enforced disappearances of our six comrades. Police took them during the June 25 commemoration and must produce them.

I think for this Sherehe, we'd need to just camp outside EABL and drink straight from source. No need to bother them with transporting the brew. Then watu wa Kiamaiko na Osumo wa pitch tent hapo, two solid weeks!! Kuoga ni River Ruaraka.
I am stuck at Kajiado Law Courts with 104 Protesters. Despite being brought to Court early on charges of unlawful assembly, the Accused are yet to take plea because the charge sheets are not ready. As LSK, we hold the ODPP accountable the delays, that delay the processing of cash bail and cause innocent persons to spend the weekend in jail.

We showed up for the constitution and the rule of law. We secured bail terms for the over 200 comrades who were arrested while commemorating our brethren who were killed in June 2024 and 2025. Each was released on 1,000 shillings bail. I immensely thank Dr. Khaminwa, S.C @orengo_james President Emeritus @FaithOdhiambo8 Incoming Nairobi Governor @HEBabuOwino, Incoming Dagoretti North MP @QcMakhanu wakilis Abner Mango, P. OYOO, Noordin Khagai, Ivy Wairimu, John Maina, James Ongamo and others who showed up to ensure justice does not bow to power. It was a proud moment for me to appear alongside these legal titans.
‼️ *ENFORCED DISAPPEARANCES ALERT - 6 DUMPED EARLY THIS MORNING AND 1 STILL MISSING!* ‼️
Three comrades (Fredrick Ojiro, Collins Otieno and Christine Lubanga) were this morning dumped along Langata Rd, after having been severely tortured and beaten.
Three others (Alam Ochieng, Michael Nginge “Kenyatta”, and Muteti Mulinge) were found dumped in the forest behind Talanta Stadium.
They are currently receiving medical care at Nairobi Women’s Hospital. We are still missing one comrade, Davis Lichuma ‘Diffe’ who is still missing since his arrest in CBD on June 25th.
*Where is Davis Lichuma*⁉️ *Free him now*‼️
Comrades and media all invited for a press briefing at 9am TODAY at Nairobi Women’s, Langata. More details on the poster.

Early this morning, we attended Central Police Station where we had information that about 74 people were being held following their arrest during yesterday's demonstrations. In accordance with their right to fair trial, we agitated for their arraignment in Court without undue delay. The 74 will be presented before the Magistrates Court in Milimani later today, where a team of Advocates are on standby to represent them pro bono.
We urge Advocates who are available and around Kibra and Makadara Law Courts to avail themselves in the event some unaccounted people are arraigned in these courts from other police stations.
There should be a limit to what we allow. Using acoustic weapons on civilians should be one of those things. THIS IS A VERY SLIPPERY SLOP. These things WILL DAMAGE YOUR EARS.
We attended court for the arraignment of hundreds of Kenyans who were arrested during yesterday's demonstrations in Nairobi. We secured the release of more than 200 youth charged with obstruction of motor vehicles on cash bail of a Kshs. 1000, and the unconditional release of a mother with a 7 month old baby. We thank the Court for upholding the rights of all who were arrested for expressing themselves in accordance with the law. We turn to the ODPP in hope that all these charges will be dropped.
