Here is why we do NOT need to worry about immigration, contrary to Reform's claims.

• 650,000 people came to the UK in 2023. Big number, right?
• except nearly half of that number came on work visas (or their families), and most to work in care and the NHS.

• 40% of the 650,000 were students and their families. So 90% of the 650,000 was government approved.
•<5% (~30,000) came on small boats. I'm not saying that's not a concern, because it is, it costs desperate people their lives. But it's a tiny fraction of the story.
