The future of design isn't just about the next tool.
It's about the next generation of people bold enough to shape what those tools become.
For five years, UDC has brought together thousands of designers, developers, founders and creative thinkers who believe that great products don't start with technology. They start with people.
This year, we're taking that conversation even further.
Human by Design: Where Culture, Code & Creativity Meet is more than our theme. It's a call to every creator who believes that empathy still matters, that culture is a competitive advantage, and that African perspectives deserve a place at the centre of global innovation.
This October, we're gathering the people building what's next. The conversations will be bigger. The ideas will be bolder. The community will be stronger.
🎟️ Early Bird Tickets are now live.

If you're building the future, there's a seat for you.
We'll see you in Lagos.

Ogbafemi has always been that solid ground where any techie can go from 0–1. You literally can’t fail there; it shaped a lot of us into men. But beyond the skills, I’ve learned the real value is in meaningful connections.
I’m giving out 20 FREE tickets to OAU students who can’t afford one to attend UDC, plus a 50% discount code for those who can pay. Come through, make that life-changing connection.
Dear Figma Team @figma .
I’m inviting you to sponsor the Untitled Designers Conference 2025 (UDC25) on October 4th in Lagos.
UDC is one of Africa’s biggest design gathering. This year’s theme is Creative Possibilities - Designing Africas future with Intelligence , AI and AD(African Designers) can , with partners like Google already onboard.
Figma’s recent push into AI eg Figma Make makes this the perfect moment to connect with Africa’s fastest-growing design community.
We’d love to have Figma as a key partner. Let’s make this happen.
@zoink
@unrootdesign Left works better, the layout handles landscape images much better. The right option has the most modern aesthetic, but once your image isn’t portrait and shifts to landscape, the visuals feel off-balance.
Just wrapped up building a brand-new funnel and fired off the first email… got a response in under 4 minutes!
It’s Day 1, and I'm already seeing real engagement.

Spent hours working on a UX flow, only to realize I totally misunderstood the problem when I reviewed it with @fwankdoit . 20 mins into frying plantain in the kitchen, we brainstormed again and nailed it. Who knew the kitchen was the best design studio?😅😅
you can now "work for your bags" by liking your favorite token to help @JupiterExchange decide what gets amplified.
this isn’t new, but smart ux choices—like restricting likes to verified users—make it a more valuable signal
