Yet scheduling my own dentist appointment has me in an anxiety spiral for days ...still haven't done it.

Taught myself to play ukulele and it has probably been the best thing for my mental health this year. I get to explore a passion that i believed i was never talented enough to do. Guess what? the only one stopping it was me.

I hate all the development of personality surveys for job hiring.
I can tell you from my degree in psychology that unless you are trained at interpreting the results its not going to gain your hiring process anything.

Unless your goal is to see how motivated someone is for the job that they are willing to completing it.

A 5 min phone call from your hiring department would be able to see if someone was competent .
