DRC is pretty a younger and decent team. So they aren’t top of the conversation. But you can’t judge a team just from Afcon football. Nigeria has to show to the world that they are beyond local champions. Sadly, we aren’t able to do that. We have missed two consecutive worldcup . Our last world up is 12 years ago!

Ivory Coast is better. They kicked out in the previous Nations Cup final. Egypt has always been one of the best African footballing squads for far too long. The number of Africans gives an hint of that.

Congo won us; PKs are part of the game. If we were good enough, we would have killed them earlier and avoided that.
