Injuries. Doubt. People questioning if I was worth the money.
I heard every single word.
But I’m still here.
And this season I’m coming for everything.
No more waiting. No more excuses.
I will score. I will fight. I will leave everything on that pitch.
Anfield will feel me this year.

A 23-year-old man has appeared in the Newcastle Magistrate’s Court after allegedly using a fake payslip and forged bank statements to finance a Ford Raptor worth about R2 million.
Police say the alleged fraud was uncovered after the first instalment was missed. He was granted R20,000 bail, and the case has been postponed as investigations continue.
🚨🚨🎙️| Roberto De Zerbi reveals how he brought Sandro Tonali to Tottenham Hotspur:
“The story is very simple. I saw Sandro wanted to leave before the end of the season, maybe before our Chelsea game.
“I read one story about Sandro which said 'Tonali is leaving Newcastle in the summer', and I sent a message to my friend to say 'hey, inform Sandro, if we stay up, I go to him'.
“After 10 minutes, my friend answered 'I said to Sandro and he's open'. I said now we have to win one game to stay up! I watched Newcastle's game against West Ham, 90 minutes like this (indicates sweat pouring down his face), and Sandro played very well in the first half.
“I said to myself 'if I stay up, I come to you, I come to you, I come to you!”

🚨🗣 Andoni Iraola on the Curtis Jones, Dominik Szoboszlai and Kostas Tsimikas captain’s armband incident:
“I couldn’t believe what I was watching.”
“We have Virgil van Dijk as captain, yet three grown men were fighting over an armband in a pre season friendly. Curtis Jones felt he deserved it, Szoboszlai had his reasons and Tsimikas ended up throwing it on the floor.”
“I told them one thing after the game… if you want to wear the armband, earn it with your football first. The badge is bigger than everyone’s ego.”

At 23 years of age in his prime, Benjamin Mendy was playing for Manchester City which happened to be amongst the best clubs in the world. His career took a downhill in 2021 after multiple women accused him of rape.
• Man City stopped paying him
• He lost endorsement deals and brands collaboration
• He was denied bail and spent months in prison for a crime which was still on investigation
• His reputation and image was tarnish
14th of July 2023 Benjamin Mendy was cleared of all rape and attempted rape accusation but unfortunately the damage has already been done.
Man City sold him out to lorient a French side in Ligue 1. From there, he moved to Zurich Switzerland and to Pogoń Szczecin in Poland and to Pogoń Szczecin II a lower division. All these happened within three years.
His career never remained the same after the false accusation which equally affected his finances that he had to sell his World Cup trophy replica at auction for €𝟓𝟒,𝟎𝟎𝟎 because he's now broke all because a group of women wanted to financially exploit him for being a footballer.
Despite the court proving him innocent of all accusation, till date, the media hasn't released the face of the women who falsely accused him of rape. So at the end of the day, these women will end up getting married, having children and living their life like nothing happened and guess who end up losing? Benjamin Mendy!
Another day to remind you if you let your false accusers walk free after ruining your reputation, career and future, you're a FOOL.
If the court of law won't give you justice, take justice upon your hands and destroy those who aimed at destroying you.
The game might be brutal but it's still fair.
🚨 John Terry on Anfield after Chelsea's 2005 Champions League semi-final:

🚨 Cristiano Ronaldo on who he believes will be the Premier League signing of the season:
"For me, I think it's Víctor Muñoz. The boy is completely fearless."
"I've played in both leagues, so I understand the difference in intensity. La Liga is very technical, but the Premier League is a different beast physically. A lot of players struggle with that transition, but not this kid."
"In some ways, he reminds me of myself. He's direct, incredibly quick, and always focused on scoring goals. What he did at Osasuna last season showed he's built for English football."
"With Salah gone, Muñoz is going to surprise a lot of people. He doesn't play it safe, he wants to take defenders on and beat them 1v1 every chance he gets."
