Is there REALLY any benefit to chest compressions in a pulseless trauma patient?
I don’t mean “maybe he had a heart attack & crashed his car”
You can’t make the pump work if all the blood is gone… and compressions interfere with the other things you need to do!

I intend to strike on Wednesday. I love my job and I want to look after my patients. The moral dilemma over whether to strike is pretty overwhelming, I have spent the last 3 days off anxious about the implication of striking and about going to work in terrible conditions 1/4
How I smashed my OSCE exams!
Here is my step by step process that I use to enter an OSCE with confidence.
1. Understand the theory behind it.
2. Watch a perfect example.
3. Carry out Mental rehearsals.
4. Practice 1-2 times Max per day.
5. Self Reflect
6. Go & Smash it.
