@IngriPauline@Bowtiedplayer@BowtiedTCat@Grimhood Thank you so much! I’ve been compiling some of my resources and look forward to giving them to people in a way that makes recovery less daunting and more accessible. Will DEFINITELY be checking those things out.
@BowTiedOdin@Bowtiedplayer Muchas gracias. Tengo muchas cosas que puede ayudar la gente. Solo necesito hacerlas en twitter. Entonces algunas personas no necesitan pagar.
@Bowtiedplayer Alright screw it I just set it up. @bowtiedtcat
I have a content plan set up in my notebook and will start reviewing/scheduling content when I’m home from work in about 8 hours.
@Bowtiedplayer I am literally planning on creating this account tonight. I have been talking with other bowtieds about this. I have a wealth of experience getting clean myself (and being an active addict for 18+ years) and have access to a lot of rehab resources.
@BowtiedCuda Re: #1 - learn the rules of improv and apply them to everyday life. Rule 1: “yes, and”. Take the premise someone else sets up and take it farther, not just jumping from a to b, but from a to c or d. Improves banter by 1000%. With anyone.
@Drew_Sing@BowTiedBroke There are timber yards in spanaway and Tacoma (if you’re on the west side of the state) that will buy from landowners. Forgot their names. One’s off of canyon road and 220th.
@BowTiedOdin Between the “zh” sound replacing the “yuh” (double L) sound in their accent and (imho) their fantastic tempers, I had a lot of fun talking with them over the couple months I was there. Fantastic learning experience.
@BowTiedTuna That’s awesome. I think it’s super rad you’re doing this. Would love to discuss the musicality of children’s books/give you some listening ideas/talk about instrumental variation and building some time if you ever want to.
@BowTiedTuna Maurice Sendak’s “In the Night Kitchen” could be fun
“Tacky the Penguin” could utilize your vocal talents well
“Are You My Mother” is a great story
