Just got hit with a hefty traffic fine for driving through the Rotherhithe tunnel in a ZipVan, which i did not realise was over the weight restrictions. Months after the fact with no notice, Zipcar have sent me an email and simultaneously charged my account. @WhichUK any advice?

@eve_sleep this is not what I expect from your company. I have paid a lot of money for this product and expect a premium delivery. Utterly useless and when I have back pain from sleeping on the floor I will be expecting compensation.

@eve_sleep is your live chat function down on your website I am trying to contact you re my mattress delivery. It was supposed to arrive on Wednesday but I got a message from DX saying it had been delayed and they would be in touch. I haven't heard anything since.

Update: I contacted @DXdelivery and they said they have lost it. God knows how they lose a big expensive mattress. They said they will put out a tracker to try and find it but it would take up to 3 working days!! Completely useless and I will be sleeping on the floor.

@THORPEPARK These queue times are pretty ridiculous. We are now queueing to even get to the queuing areas. All major attractions are over an hour and a half wait. Should really manage this better!
