Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque and Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra plan to sue Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia for defying the IATF's guidelines regarding swab tests for OFWs and ROF.

This was revealed by Garcia during her live press conference on, May 25, 2021.
