@AskCiti It was. However, I'm still disappointed at how Citibank HK has managed to eliminate the option and convenience of being able to talk to a customer relations officer. Makes agitated people more agitated esp if it's about Finances.

@tripperhead Mine was left arm pain for 24hrs, like being punched in the arm. Now just at 10% discomfort. The other thing I felt was sleepiness throughout the day. Took a nap maybe 3x - but wasn't sure if connected though I know of 2 friends who feel sleepy right now after getting it this AM.
