Ilya Shapiro and Chair Beth Kigel were caught on a hot mic (and video) talking privately about me, my website https://t.co/sDojvq1VIR & the Bar Complaint against University Counsel—during the break of the May 22 @FLPolyU Board of Trustees meeting—a clear violation of Sunshine Law
@snowmanomics General note "the bare minimum" is *voting* for LGBTQ+ legislation including budget, committee, appointments and procedural. While yes rhetoric matters, in the end who gets the vote and how they use it—that's all this is
@alevine014@FLVoiceNews Who do you mean when you say "*we* in Florida" and "decided *we* want"? It's not the Board of Governors.
Because this is how the rep from Florida described how it happened in July 2024: The Board of Governors is one example of "hurdles to overcome" when it "formally voted..."

Sydney Gruters spent 3 years running a financial slush fund at New College — a private foundation legally EXEMPT from Florida's Sunshine Law.
Translation: no public records. No transparency. No accountability.
While she controlled who could pay her boss Richard Corcoran's $1.1 MILLION private salary, her husband Joe was running the Republican Party. The same network was lobbying Congress. The same firms were getting no-bid contracts.
Now she wants to go to Washington.
Florida doesn't need another insider protecting the machine that robs taxpayers and operates in the dark.
FL-16 deserves a fighter who isn't part of the racket.

@SUS_Florida@UCF@America250FL Yes. I didn't know until recently UCF was originally "
"Florida Technological University." Martin was Florida's #1 employer in 1961. I have a Martin recruiting brochure from like 1962 that quotes Millican (not at-hand so take these). https://t.co/WiOT0THINb

@i_am_echel0n I'm going to take 99% to the 100th power (0.99 ^ 100) and the result will still be around 95%, maybe 90% but maybe 98%? It won't be around 35%—that makes no sense. Buy my IPO.
In recognition of Pride Month, we're adding more color to @LakeEolaPark with a newly rainbow-wrapped swan boat. We hope it brings a little extra joy and serves as a reminder that we are, and always will be, Orlando United.
@alevine014@SUS_Florida What about CLT? Gov Phalin told you/@SUS_Florida: "we do not have the empirical evidence at this time to show that this assessment is the same quality as the SAT and the ACT." [2:17:05] SAT/ACT history [2:17:30]
Great quotes about SAT/ACT from Faculty!

@alevine014 The post is up: "Bar Complaint #2: Millikin's Merit" https://t.co/yTbvkMfFTD May change the title to "Mockery of Merit" but the URL won't change.
To be honest, the tweet is probably more inspiring to me personally than deterministic for The Florida Bar.
