@omarulmx the phrase “the west” stems from the continental regions Europe and in modern usage only really applies to countries of European decent. It has nothing to do with being rich/geographical location. thats why Australia and New Zealand are technically part of “the west” but are east

@traveluniverse i think you are mistaken. Canada, America, Australia, and New Zealand are made up of the migrants FROM the European continental west (aka white people), and therefore are considered part of “the west” even though they technically aren’t geographically in the west.
