@MartinSLewis I have the thermostat set so that it doesn’t come on if the temperature in the house is over 18’C during the day. Although we had a smart meter fitted the in home display doesn’t communicate with the meter and now the meter doesn’t connect with @ShellEnergyHome, who won’t help
