محکومیت #عیسی_چاری، #زندانی_سیاسی، به اعدام؛ نگرانی از انتقال او به سلول انفرادی در زندان قزلحصار

عیسی چاری، زندانی سیاسی ۳۷ ساله، از سوی شعبه ۲۳ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی محمدمهدی شهمیرزادی به اعدام محکوم شده است. بر اساس گزارش‌های منتشرشده، اتهام‌های مطرح‌شده علیه او «عضویت در سازمان مجاهدین خلق ایران» و «انجام اقدامات ضدامنیتی» عنوان شده است.

عیسی چاری، پدر دو فرزند خردسال و از شهروندان بلوچ، اهل آق‌قلا است که برای تأمین معاش به کارگری در یک مرغداری در ورامین مشغول بود. او در تاریخ ۱۶ آذر ۱۴۰۴ در ورامین توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شد.

بر اساس اطلاعات دریافتی، این زندانی سیاسی اخیراً از زندان خورین ورامین به سلول انفرادی در سالن ۳۵ زندان قزلحصار منتقل شده است. انتقال او به انفرادی، هم‌زمان با صدور حکم اعدام، نگرانی‌ها درباره وضعیت این زندانی و احتمال اجرای حکم را افزایش داده است.

طی هفت ماه گذشته از زمان بازداشت تا ابلاغ حکم اعدام همزمان با انتقال به انفرادی از وضعیت زندانی و محل نگهداری و روند دادرسی وی هیچ اطلاعی منتشر نشد.
