To the robot who turned 90 days into 15 years of exploration:
You were, and are, the Opportunity of a lifetime.
Rest well, rover. Your mission is complete.

I have a new appreciation for everything that @NISEP01 do after my prac experience and the units I took last semester, and am so so excited to be celebrating and facilitating indigenous youth in pursuing STEM careers and engaging with the disciplines I love.
So if you know a Year 9/10 student interested in STEM who might be up for 3 days of hands-on STEM fun tell them to go check out the program! https://t.co/Ojf1aitn4S - Macquarie program runs next Tues - Thurs
Edutwitter! I've been lucky enough to be involved in the @conocophillips Science Experience through @NISEP01 at @Macquarie_Uni for the past few years and this year I'm far more heavily involved than ever.
We've still got spaces left to register for next week! 1/
A week ago, I said goodbye to my prac placement school. After saying a sad farewell to my students, I left 'my' staffroom with this small token of my thanks: for the support when prac was overwhelming, for the fun atmosphere and jokes, and, ultimately, for making it feel 'mine'.
Today's #prep4prac has left me feeling very excited to start my prac journey in a few days! Thanks @stephygsalazar for making us feel so welcome amongst the #newteachertribe
Note to self: next time traffic almost makes you late try to remember you're in a car you own, on your way to your university where your job is to learn about something you love. Check the privilege and uh...maybe also set your alarm 10 mins earlier.
What I got from my maths assignment: counting cards when shuffling is not as difficult as I thought if you learn to perfectly halve the deck reliably.
What I probably spent too long doing: exactly that.
