@LibertyPR Su servicio al cliente no sirve a través de ninguna plataforma sugerida por la empresa . En oficinas locales, se niegan a resolver situaciones técnicas. Entonces dónde queda el verdadero servicio al cliente? Estoy sin servicio y no hacen su trabajo como corresponde.

@LibertyPR Su servicio al cliente, no sirve. WhatsApp, los tiempos de espera entre cada respuesta, si alguna son irracionales. Por teléfono la espera interminable, sin considerar los mecanismos que se le dificultan a gran parte de los clientes. En oficina se niegan a resolver.
