This is something I think all creators and people in the Vtuber space can learn from.

You cannot run a company on hopes and dreams. I understand and agree with the talents first mentality. I even respect it. But you have to be able to pay your bills at the end of the day.

You mismanaged this company into the ground. Instead of talking about potential issues with talents having a meeting and making some changes you continued to dig the hole. Then once the hole was too deep, again instead of asking for help you decided to lie, steal, and cheat your talents and community.

AS someone running a small company in the Vtuber merch space right now this is a lesson I have learned and something I think about every single day when I wake up.

I want to do as much as I can for the amazing talents I get to work with. But I also know I need to eat, the lights need to stay on, the website needs to stay up BEFORE anything else can be done.

It's why I price things the way I do, its why I don't (often) do things for free & instead try to work things out where it benefits both my small business and the creators.

That said talents first is something I deeply care about. I have watched to many creators get taken advantage of, and that's why I try to offer the BEST possible revenue splits that leave me with minimum profit. I do not want to personally succeed without the PEOPLE I am working with succeeding as well.

This whole episode has been heart breaking to watch, and shaken the Vtuber Space to its core. I can only hope people learn from it and we can all do better as a Space and a community. I know I will think about this every single day that I wake up and continue to do what I do.
