@pnolson85 @JohnWellsIII3 I had to kidneys before transplant and now I have one from@the transplant. My two old kidneys are still there but do not work at all . Hope that helps

Or you just straight up have an autoimmune disorder . Also a transplant to add to your Mental health . With drugs that keep you alive but sadly add to dark days . We all got fights to fight . Some days get a little too big .
