For the past 3 months I’ve been consulting Even’s in-house spine doctor for worsening back pain. Despite medication and physiotherapy, my condition hasn't progressed. On advice, I needed a repeat MRI. Even denied my claim on incorrect and arbitrary grounds. @MatiGiglio @meeyanki

Calling it “Non-Disclosure” when they’ve had every medical record for over an year is pure bad faith.

If this happened in the US or EU, regulators would already be at their doorstep.
