This is very different from the Creator Revenue Sharing program.

Getting into this new program focuses on gaining verified followers and earning verified home timeline impressions, but that’s still not enough if you actually want to earn.

Simple regurgitation of trending topics won’t cut it.

You need to add to the conversation by providing real opinion or insights for your content to count.

It’s clear the system will now evaluate every post to decide if it’s worth paying for.

Just because a post earns you verified home timeline impressions, doesn’t mean it’s actually earning money.

The X Creator Revenue Sharing Program is being retired, effective September 7, 2026.

It will be replaced by a new program called the Original Rewards Program.

We will be able to apply for the new program, starting September 8.
