I ended my diet after losing 31lbs. And i cant get over the guilt of just eating whenever i want. How do i get over this :( especially when people always wanna get me food or go out.

@ihvtrypophobia Well, it just never worked for me. I had to do 400-800 a day to lose my 31lbs. Wouldn't budge any other way.
