I want to add that store #3117 fully HUNG UP on me THREE times on Friday. Must’ve been busy, but no one said a word, just picked up and immediately hung up. A “hi this is Walmart please hold” or “hi this is Walmart, we’re busy right now can you call back in 10” would’ve worked.

Sad moment when @PayPal is able to refund you within an hour, fully through the internet when @Walmart can’t cancel an order delivered TO STORE but not picked up via phone (when their chat is down and the actual store #3117 won’t pick up the phone) thanks PayPal!
