@TheChrisStuckey @bobpockrass On most small businesses it’s cheaper to be an S Corp vs C Corp. in nascars case, they need to be a C Corp, the tax rate is cheaper, but then they cannot take money out anytime tax free.

@Archie612_ @bobpockrass I don’t have a problem with them paying the income tax itself with a distribution, but they’re taking more than the taxes are. 100m a year is not the tax number but the entire profit.
