Chloroplasts work hard to convert carbon dioxide into oxygen. Oxygen is a necessity in the air which humans breathe. So basically, if chloroplasts don’t do their jobs properly, human life will cease to exist! @SICPLum

Have you ever wondered what the purpose of the stroma or thylakoids are? Well, thylakoids are the sites where light reactions produce ATP and NADPH. The Calvin–Benson cycle or dark reactions occur in the stroma, where ATP and NADPH are used to create glucose. @SICPLum
