I’m learning that when my child makes a mistake, shouting isn’t always the answer. Sometimes they need me to listen, understand what happened, and then gently teach them a better way.
Discipline can teach, but love and patience help children feel safe enough to learn.
Then I learned that postpartum involves much more than sleepless nights. Hormonal changes, physical recovery, breastfeeding challenges and the pressure of doing everything can become overwhelming.
I learned to stop feeling guilty for needing rest and support.
Motherhood requires strength, but mothers deserve support too
