My dad has dementia and it’s only getting worse. He’s into cars. Currently on our way home from the hospital and he’s just lost in awe with telling me stories about the cars he had and worked on (he used to work in a garage and spray them) he has 1 left outside my mums house.

My daughter won her 1st gymnastics competition yesterday. She did herself proud. Coming home with 2 Golds and 1 Silver!
