@IndiGo6E I wanted to report at the airport but couldn’t find any staff nearby. There was a help desk nearby which was overcrowded hence I couldn’t report there and thought I could report online but there was no option to do so.

I travelled on your flight from AUH to BOM, and unfortunately, my check-in bag was badly damaged. I wanted to report it at the airport, but the baggage help desk was overcrowded and I couldn’t get assistance.
