@punished_cait "The calling" being a justication for getting underpaid only seems to apply to fields that happen to have predominately female workers, such a strange coincidence.
If you’re against abortion, don’t get one.
If you’re against contraception, don’t take any.
If you’re against same-sex relationships, don’t have one.
If you’re against same-sex marriage, don’t marry someone of same gender.
Do not impose your beliefs & religion on all Americans.
"With sorrow—for this Court, but more, for the many millions of American women who have today lost a fundamental constitutional protection—we dissent."
If Christianity has you driving across the country to terrorize gay people
If Christianity has you punishing women and depriving them of their rights
If Christianity has you inciting violence and hating all who aren’t like you
Your religion isn’t faith. It’s hatred.
So let me get this straight: wearing a mask to save lives during a pandemic should be a personal choice, but what a pregnant person does with their own body should be mandated by the government?
Pre-Roe, I was 8 yrs old. I came home from school to find my Mom lying in a puddle of blood. She was weak & asked me to call a neighbor. She was miscarrying, but the embryo would not abort. For 48 hours, she bled while doctors transfused blood, waiting. Abortions were illegal.
So to Republicans, a 12 year-old is old enough to be forced to give birth, get married, or shoot an assault rifle, but is too young to say "gay" or see bad words in a book?
Do I have that right?
The treatment for an ectopic pregnancy is abortion.
The treatment for a septic uterus is abortion.
The treatment for a miscarriage that your body won’t release is abortion.
If you can’t get those abortions, you die.
You. Die.
Just so we're clear: the pregnancy that ends up in the wrong spot, like the fallopian tube? The one that will NEVER turn into a baby and will rupture and kill your wife, daughter, or sister? Terminating that fetus is also an abortion, and they want to ban those, too.
if you actually cared about kids you should probably put more funding into schools, health care, shelters, foster care, and food programs, not force people who don't want kids to have them
can i say something my grandma fell in front of her local HMart & fellow Asians kept walking past her for 15 min. She was alone, arm reaching out to ppl & they ignored her. If you have a good relationship w your fam, talk to them about empathy. The new generation has to do it.
@sampouchkine@SC_Mees@simsimmaaz Nope! Because the vaccine does not provide you immunity, it gives instructions to YOUR body how to fight the specific virus! Boosters are used as reminders for your body on how to do just that! The same way ikea instructions aren’t the actual furniture :)
imagine taking biology, chemistry, anatomy physiology 1 + 2, and microbiology in order to apply to nursing school and you’re still anti vax like that’s ridiculous
