@SouthwestAir I booked a flight through my work travel portal, and bought Early Bird check-in separately. I had to cancel the flight because the dates had changed. What happens to the early bird check-in money? Will I be refunded, or can I apply it to a future fight?

@jovialjoy @TheAtlantic @IDme Totally agree with everything you said here, but not every site that uses @IDme also uses facial recognition. The IRS is the first time I've seen facial recognition with that service, and I didn't sign up for that reason.
