@AerLingus@AirCanada it's been two weeks now! Only 1/3 suitcases made it back home . Our luggage seems to be touring more of Europe than us. The tracking website has no update! HELP
@Mattdavelewis@AirCanada Guess what @Mattdavelewis we had an issue with our ticket at the airport. I asked to go to a ticketing counter and they said there is none. This is in TORONTO! Call customer service. Except there's a 3 hour hold..
@Mattdavelewis@AirCanada Yup. Confirmed. Had a horrible experience of lost luggages that ruined our trip. When you speak to their customer service they try to divert you to other airlines that we connected on and refuse to take ownership. I was loyal for so many years. Disappointed
After decades of supporting Air Canada, despite my friends and family wondering why, I’m starting to wonder why too...Today I write this as a very disappointed customer and a very heartbroken mom. (8/8)
Where is the customer service? Why am i being handed off from one phone number to the other with no confirmed information anywhere? Why am I still continuing to ruin this trip by just spending time chasing you? (7/8)
I understand that there are challenges in the industry today, but you have systems and people, and is everything failing? And yet if your entire organization is falling apart, what are you doing to fix it? Will we ever get an answer? (6/8)
All the time and stress that we’re dealing with trying to contact your service centers with no luck, and no clear responses. How will you compensate for that? 48 hours later, there’s still no news of where our luggage could be, which is appalling. (5/8)
Yes, you’ll pay us back for the items we lost. But how will you ever pay back the time, thought, and effort that my family and I put in to make this a beautiful trip we’d have with the people we love the most? (4/7)
We didn’t just lose expensive gifts we brought for our best friends we hadn’t seen in decades, we lost those moments of pure surprise and happiness when we’d hand them to them. (3/7)
We didn’t just lose shirts and pants, we lost thoughtfully selected outfits for beautiful pictures to frame on our walls for decades.
We didn’t just lose slippers, and toys, we lost the memories of our son would at the beach running around and making sandcastles. (2/7)
I never take to social media to do this, but I have to. @AirCanada@TorontoPearson@DublinAirport@AerLingus You didn’t just lose our luggage, you destroyed memories that we would form as our baby’s first vacation. (1/7)
