I recently applied for exchange for the axor helmet from L to XL but the exchange was mark as failed due to verification failed even tho no one arrived to inspect the product during replacement so amazon support told me to return and get a refund instead

@AmazonHelp they said that the exchange verification was failed without any inspection so they insisted on doing a return and refund but the return verification was also failed without any inspection by any delivery person so now they said they cannot return the product anymore
@AmazonHelp They asked me contact the Social media rescue team which again redirected me to the same specialist team. The specialist team asked for my order id which i provide and then they said that they cannot access my profile. Before this specialist i talked to another specialistearlier
@AmazonHelp this was their response no accountability only false promise of “customer centric company” everyone leaves after saying “Unfortunately we can’t help you further”
now that return has also been marked as failed without anyone coming to inspect the product why cannot i return the product after several attempts? are you guys just trying to pass the return/replace time limit so that i can no longer return the item? this has happened twice now
