Anantha passed away this morning, around 3 am on 18 April. He went away peacefully. An end that he had prepared himself and all of us for. Leading the kind of life he did and facing death the way he did should be an aspiration for all of us.

Ananthapadmanabhan Guruswamy would be remembered for many of his accomplishments and contributions: CEO of Amnesty International in India, the International Programme Director at Greenpeace, CEO of Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives (APPI) and the founder of Socrates. An alumnus of IIT Madras and a former teacher at The School – Krishnamurti Foundation India, he would be remembered as one of the most gifted and amazing minds that could think across fields and come up with out of box solutions. Colleagues in Bharat Jodo Abhiyaan would remember him as an unending source of ideas and energy for our work.

We met through his partner Kavita Kuruganti. Over the last five years, I had the honour of calling him my friend — actually, my guide and life coach. The beautiful way he embraced cancer and prepared for death has been a life lesson for me.

His body would be kept at home (#606, Petunia Block, Sankalp Central Park, Yadavagiri, Mysuru) till 3pm today before being taken for cremation. Cremation will be done at 4pm in Gokulam.

मेरे अजीज अर्थशास्त्री परकला प्रभाकर ने चौंकाने वाला खुलासा किया है। यह खुलासा बीजेपी ��ो तीसरी बार जबरिया सिंहासन पर बैठाने वाले चंद्रबाबू नायडू की सरकार का सूत्र बताती है।

प्रभाकर कहते हैं कि 2024 में हुए आंध्र प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव में आधी रात के बाद करीब 17 लाख वोट 6 सेकंड में डाले गए। अर्थशास्त्री प्रभाकर ने गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि करीब 3,500 बूथों पर मतदान रात 2 ब��े तक जारी रहा। उन्होंने दावा किया कि डेटा एक चिंताजनक तस्वीर पेश करता है।

कुल वोटों का करीब 4.16 फीसदी रात 11:45 बजे से 2 बजे के बीच डाला गया। उन्होंने कहा कि शाम 8 बजे से रात 2 बजे तक करीब 52 लाख वोट दर्ज किए गए। आधी रात के बाद अकेले 17 लाख से ज्यादा वोट डाले गए। सबसे चौंकाने वाली बात यह थी कि आधी रात के बाद हर 20 सेकंड में एक वोट डाला जा रहा था।

प्रभाकर ने आयोग से पूछा है कि EVM को रीसेट होने में 14 सेकंड लगते है��, तो फिर 6 सेकंड में वोट कैसे डाले जा रहे थे? क्या कोई मतदाता इतने कम समय में अंदर आकर वोट डालकर बाहर निकल सकता है?” उन्होंने निष्कर्ष निकाला कि शाम 8 बजे के बाद कुछ न कुछ तो असामान्य हुआ।

The Cruel Case of Amrita Priyadarshinee - How the Daughter of Progressive and Non-Traditional Parents is Being Punished for Having a Non-Muslim Name

Father: Abdul Gani, 66, retired professor

Mother: Mohua Islam, 55, school teacher

Daughter: Amrita Priyadarshinee 26, gold medalist in biophysics, preparing for government exams

Amrita's Voting Status: voter for 7 years, voting in 2019 and 2024 Lok Sabha elections and 2021 State Assembly election

Amrita Says: Summoned for hearing in December 2025. Notice puzzled her. Just wanted to understand why she was summoned. Visited the hearing centre carrying every document she could think of. Submitted Passport and Aadhaar Card along with father’s documents. Still told case is under scrutiny. Kept asking them what the problem was but no one answered. Suspects the issue may stem from her not sharing her parents' surname. When her parents' records are fine and they were not summoned, and she has been mapped through them, how could she be at fault?

Father Says: Naming her Amrita Priyadarshinee was simply a personal choice. His wife also does not share his surname. Even if they named their daughter Margaret Thatcher, how could that be a reason to question her citizenship?

BLO Says: Problem might lie in the digital system used during the voter revision. If someone does not share a surname with their parents, which is quite uncommon here, the AI system might flag the entry.

What Possibly Happened: a Muslim couple named their child Amrita Priyadarshinee, which triggered a logical discrepancy.

Current Status: As of March 28, 2026, Amrita has not yet been added back to the final voters' list and remains on the "adjudicated list". Her case is currently pending a decision from the electoral authorities

Legal Position: Amrita will have to be added to the voters list. Has to be. No one can sop that.

What We Will Do: We wiil not let Amrita be disenfranchised. Will fight alongside her, every step of the way. Till she gets her rights.

कभी भारत ने गुटनिरपेक्ष आंदोलन की शुरुआत की थी। हमने साफ कहा था — न हम अमेरिका के साथ, न सोवियत संघ के साथ। हम अपने फैसले खुद लेंगे। यही हमारी पहचान थी।

आज हालात अलग दिखते हैं।

कौन सा देश से तेल लेना है, कब युद्ध रु��ेगा, क्या बयान देना है — ये सब मानो बाहर से तय होता दिख रहा है।
पुराने दोस्त देश के नेता की हत्या पर भी हम खुलकर नहीं बोल पाते।

ऐसे में स्ट्रेटेजिक ऑटोनोमी भी दरअसल अब हमारे पास नहीं बची है। सवाल यह है कि अब भारत की नीति क्या है? ना वह सैद्धांतिक नीति है ना वह स्वायत्त नीति बची है।

Very important: Why CEC Gyanesh Kumar MUST be jailed

Here’s what you should know about how the COMPROMISED Election Commission of India botched up the SIR process in Bengal:

👉 During the SIR, the ECI used a mysterious software to “map” voters with the 2002 voter list. They converted the 2002 voter list from Bengali to English using AI. As a result, for example, the name “অমিত” was translated by the software as “O-mit” instead of “Amit” in English

👉 Therefore, when people whose names in English did not match with the spellings of the AI-translated names from the 2002 list, they were flagged as a “logical discrepancy” and were issued notices for a hearing

👉 Due to this BOTCHED AI and software, 1.67 CRORE voters were marked as “logical discrepancy”. Eventually, ECI issued notices for hearing to 95 lakh voters

👉 Meanwhile, ECI appointed Union Govt officers as “micro-observers” whose job was to “observe and monitor” the hearing process. Instead, these micro-observers were ILLEGALY given powers to delete voters by making changes to ECI software

👉 Electoral officers were sidelined and micro-observers were given illegal powers through “WhatsApp orders” which were never officially issued

👉 Eventually, SC decided to replace these micro-observers with sitting & retired district judges of Bengal. These judges were meant to complete all 95 lakh hearings before 28th Feb

👉 Then, the Calcutta HC informed the SC that judges would require AT LEAST 3 months to complete the hearings. After this, SC has now asked to appoint judges from Odisha & Jharkhand in addition to judges from Bengal to complete the hearings

👉 The deadline for the final voter list is in THREE DAYS

Therefore, THIS is how Amit Shah’s CEC Gyanesh Kumar MANIPULATED the SIR in Bengal:

1. SIR process, which takes 8 months, was rushed in 3 months

2. Mysterious AI software was used to try and delete 1.67 CRORE voters

3. When that failed, Gyanesh Kumar appointed BJP-friendly officers as “micro-observers” and gave them illegal power to delete voters through “unofficial orders on WhatsApp”

4. When our leader @MamataOfficial went to the SC, the top court finally stepped in

Now, here’s the MOST IMPORTANT part:

Due to the compromised ECI & Gyanesh Kumar, hearings for 80 LAKH valid voters have to be completed in JUST THREE DAYS because a software was used to mark them as “logical discrepancies”. Today, 8 MILLION voters in Bengal are at the risk of being deleted solely due to the ECI’s manipulation & fraud.

This is why CEC GYANESH KUMAR MUST BE JAILED FOR DESTROYING INDIA’S ELECTORAL PROCESS TO HELP THE BJP.
