2. Written Discovery Extension DENIED!
3. Subpoenas Failed (they filed for info from the year 2000 to 2023, Kit was in 10th grade & Daniel 7 years old in the year 2000)
4. Judge ruled we are entitled to attorney fees for having to file the motion to quash Subpoenas.
