I had my name removed from the church records in 2020, but today I’ve been rebaptized! Christ loves His children. No matter how far you’ve wandered or paths you’ve been on, it’s never too late to repent and return to Christ. His love is real. His mercy is forever. His grace is unchanging. Come home. #lds #baptism
In concluding the Sunday afternoon and final session of the April 2024 general conference, Church President @NelsonRussellM announced 15 new temples to be built around the world.
He said, “Here is my promise. Nothing will help you more to hold fast to the iron rod than worshipping in the temple as regularly as your circumstances permit. Nothing will protect you more as you encounter the world’s mists of darkness. Nothing will bolster your testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ and His Atonement or help you understand God’s magnificent plan more. Nothing will soothe your spirit more during times of pain. Nothing will open the heavens more. Nothing! The temple is the gateway to the greatest blessings God has for each of us.”
Latter-day Saints consider temples to be the house of the Lord and the most sacred places of worship on the earth. The primary purpose of temples is for faithful members of the Church to receive peace, inspiration, and spiritual power as they enter into sacred agreements with God in His holy house.

“Regular temple worship will enhance the way you see yourself and how you fit into God’s magnificent plan.” — President @NelsonRussellM#GeneralConference
"That dedicatory prayer, which was received by revelation, teaches that the temple is a house of prayer, a house of fasting, a house of faith, a house of learning, a house of glory, a house of order, a House of God."

"The significance of these keys being returned to the earth … under the direction of the Lord cannot be overstated." - President @NelsonRussellM#GeneralConference
Testify to your children.
Be direct. Help them to know you know and tell them THEY need to know. God wants to tell them. God will tell them, but they need to put in the effort.

The Golden Gate Bridge talk from @StevensonGaryE is phenomenal.
I don’t think I’ve ever heard a better analogy to illustrate how necessary it is to balance the first and second great commandments.
This is deeply needed in our day.

“As we pray, we can feel the embrace of our Heavenly Father, who sent his Only Begotten Son to relieve our burdens, because if we call out to God, I testify we will not fall.” — #ElderGodoy#GeneralConference
“Imagine the feelings of Heavenly Father when in each prayer we make a supplication in the name of His Son, Jesus Christ. What power and tenderness, I believe, are displayed when we do so.” - #ElderGodoy#GeneralConference
What a beautiful story about a family that in Hawaii that could have been offended by something and left the Church, but chose eternity instead. This is not the church of a man, but the Church of Jesus Christ! #generalconference
