Struggling with screen time? Blockers never worked for me either. De stimulation instead. Takes the shine out of your social feeds.

Can someone please explain the term vibe-coded to me? Wasnβt there always just poorly run projects, and well run projects? People who cared about what was going on under the hood, and those that didnβt?
Code smells got a sequel: agent smells.
The little tells your AI quietly cut a corner:
β¨β’ "in a real implementation you'd..." β¨β’ β¦
Anyone else got any good ones?

App Store review is especially long at times, so flip on manual release and get the thumbs up from the reviewers first. In the meantime real people on your beta if given binary context can tell you whether itβs a pass or fail to them. This can be subjective ie βDid the level feel spooky or fast?β Or objective βcould you find this button when you needed itβ. I havenβt done any game design but hopefully your abstraction techniques allow you to iterate on polish after the core loop is ready. Best of luck ππ±
Last in MLB in runs. Last in homers. Atkins signed through 2031.
My call: no superstar lands next to Vladdy, Kirk keeps clogging the bases, and Valenzuela wonβt get the reps heβs earned.
Next 3 years, wasted.
Iβd love to be wrong on this one.

If youβre using AI to write all the code why not iterate in Figma with the MCP connector. Resolve the UI then go native for both. They can still live in the same repo but if developer efficiency is no longer a metric then native is going to have better performance. You lose some of the convenience of expo. Also depends if your app is solving a business problem or technology problem. If itβs a business problem, then Expo all the way. Tech, then native all the way.
Jusssst made it - haha - only been live for 3 months though π - I am a developer by day, AI is just helping finally push those random side projects across the lineβ¦ The secret is, selling software has always been hard. The broader public just didnβt know that because for most people the programming piece was inaccessible.
