HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was on hold for over 45 minutes and then was hung up on twice. The representatives were beyond rude, unhelpful and not ready to assist. I was attempting to just change my flight since I tested postive for covid-19. @lufthansa im disgusted
