Banks lend you more money when you are already rich.
You are most attractive when you are already happily married or dating.
People help you more when you no longer need help.
Wealth attracts wealth.
That's just how things work.
The right Perspective make the impossible possible. You can't change the past, but you can always change your perspective. No problem could be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it. The severity of your problems, is a matter of perspective. CHANGE.

I kept telling everyone I was fine.
I smiled. I laughed. I posted pictures. I replied “lol” even when my heart was heavy.
Because sometimes “I’m fine” is just a mask you wear so people don’t ask questions you don’t have answers to.
One day I came home and my room was quiet.
No noise. No distractions. Just me.
I sat on my bed still wearing my shoes.
I didn’t even have the energy to remove them.
Then I looked around and realized something terrifying:
I had been surviving… not living.
My chest felt tight.
Not because I was sick.
Because I was tired.
Tired of being strong. Tired of pretending. Tired of waking up every day and acting like life wasn’t crushing me slowly.
And then it happened.
I started crying.
Not small crying.
The kind of crying where your body shakes like it’s releasing pain it’s been storing for years.
And while I cried I whispered:
“I don’t know how to fix my life.”
That was the first time I admitted the truth.
And weirdly…
It was also the first time I felt like healing had finally started.
No one gets sober unless they want to.
Not if you beg them.
Not if you shame them.
Not if you use reason, emotion, or tough love.
There's only one thing that makes someone get sober, their own realization that they need to do it.
