Here's the listing. There's a ton of factors that I didn't consider here like Nox's factory requirements and zoning but it was a good exercise with public data. I'll be interested to see where the factory ends up!

@zanehengsperger I've heard an LA factory mentioned a couple times and I've always thought site selection was an interesting problem - here's an option (link in the thread), ~1.5m/year for ~150k sqft seems decent for the area. Why this one? 🧵
